We are looking for individual to join our client’s team as Designer UI/UX.

 

Job Description

  • As part of a small, close-knit Content team within a larger Studio team, you’ll work extensively in AEM and other tools to produce and manage content experiences for client .com, the My Client mobile app, and related properties.
  • Our big-picture objective is to support the acquisition of new customers and satisfaction of existing customers, across the entirety of client's services, while contributing to the elevation of the client’s brand identity as a sustainability leader.
  • In addition to producing content experiences for an industry-leading Fortune 200 company, you’ll have the opportunity to improve processes, refine Studio operations and develop your skills with AEM and other tools.

 

Skills Required

  • Content Designer to join the Studio team in the Brand & Marketing department.
  • Content Designers work closely with subject matter experts, UX/UI Designers, Front-End Developers, and Digital Marketing specialists to create experiences that delight clients’ customers and prospects while elevating the company’s brand identity as a sustainability leader.
  • With the role focused on the production and management of website content (.com), the successful candidate will be proficient in authoring content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Preferred candidates will understand technical concepts related to AEM and will be comfortable working with AEM developers to help improve our AEM foundations.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in managing content in Adobe Experience Manager
  • User-first mindset and knowledge of best practices in digital content
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to different modes of project management
  • Equally comfortable working in creative, collaborative settings and going “heads down” to complete content production work when required
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with pursuit of big-picture objectives
  • Experience working with various content reviewers and incorporating feedback
  • Proficient in optimizing images, videos, and other assets for the web
  • Knowledge of AEM tools and concepts including Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, Assets (DAM), Tags, Workflows, etc.
  • Experience with third-party platforms connected to AEM (e.g., Algolia for site search; BrightEdge for content optimization)
  • Experience working within and across different workstreams and project management frameworks (e.g., Agile/Scrum)

 

Salary / Pay Rate

  • $32 per hour and higher depending on experience and qualifications
