Job Summary

We The Cementing Bulk Plant Operator is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of bulk materials and prepared products to wellsites. This role focuses on maintaining quality control, managing plant operations, and supporting logistics to meet operational demands while adhering to safety and environmental standards.

 

Job Description

  • Blend and mix bulk products according to job program specifications
  • Calculate and verify material quantities prior to loading
  • Ensure all products are prepared and delivered accurately and on time
  • Follow quality assurance procedures to maintain product integrity
  • Coordinate movement of bulk materials with operations and logistics teams
  • Perform daily equipment checks and maintain a clean, organized bulk plant
  • Complete daily documentation and assist with monthly inventory counts
  • Safely label, store, and dispose of additives, drums, and containers
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist in training new operators and trainees
  • Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
  • Consistently follow all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and wear required PPE

 

Skills Required

  • Prior experience in bulk plant operations, manufacturing, or industrial environment preferred
  • Ability to perform basic calculations and follow detailed instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to identify risks and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

 

Education

  • High school diploma or GED;

 

Pay Rate

  • $19 - $21 per hour (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
