Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Executive Assistant. This role is responsible for managing a heavy executive calendar, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations at the senior leadership level. The ideal candidate is mature, proactive, and capable of working independently with strong judgment and discretion.

 

Job Description

  • Manage complex calendars and communications with the strategic authority to prioritize high-value tasks and protect the executive's time.
  • Design sophisticated, board-ready PowerPoint presentations and data visualizations that translate complex concepts into professional visual narratives.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end meeting logistics, including intricate calendar management and strategic room coordination across multiple office locations.
  • Apply a deep understanding of corporate governance to navigate diverse personalities and build collaborative relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality while navigating sensitive information regarding mergers, legal matters, and internal personnel changes.

 

Skills Required

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience
  • Ability to accurately create, edit, save and print documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledgeable in PowerPoint and Access
  • Works for Senior Level

 

Education/Training/Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree preferred

 

Additional requirements

  • Shift Time: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

 

Pay Rate

  • $46–$54 per hour, based on experience, skills, and market factors
