Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Associate to join our maintenance team. This role is responsible for executing maintenance activities according to a defined Maintenance Program, ensuring timely delivery of equipment to meet operational demands. The ideal candidate will support efforts to enhance maintenance-related efficiency, cost-effectiveness, productivity, and equipment availability across our maintenance facilities.
Job Description
- Perform assigned high-level maintenance tasks under the direct supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician.
- Execute maintenance activities in line with operational schedules and standards.
- Accurately record maintenance-related data in business systems, maintaining transactional discipline in accordance with Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) procedures.
- Comply with established TLM standards and protocols.
- Build and maintain technical skills through participation in the TLM Competency Management System.
- Actively participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to optimize maintenance processes and reduce Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD).
- Support overall goals for Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE), Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.
Skills Required
- Previous experience or technical training in equipment maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Willingness to learn and grow technical competencies through structured programs.
- Familiarity with business systems and data entry is a plus.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
Pay rate
- $20 per hour and higher depending on experience
