Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and knowledgeable Microsoft 365 Specialists to support and advance our enterprise collaboration, identity management, and digital workplace initiatives. This hybrid role plays a critical part in the administration, optimization, and integration of Microsoft 365 services—including Entra ID, Exchange, Azure Information Protection, and data encryption—alongside workplace software tools such as Workspace Reservation platforms. Candidates should have deep expertise in Microsoft cloud services, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for operational excellence and innovation. Positions are available at both the Senior (Level 3) and Lead (Level 4) levels, depending on experience and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Job Description
- Administer Entra ID, Exchange Online, and on-premises Exchange infrastructure.
- Manage licenses and ensure compliance with Microsoft licensing agreements.
- Implement and support Azure Information Protection and data-at-rest encryption (including Thales HSM).
- Administer service principals, managed identities, and identity federation.
- Lead service onboarding and maintain business continuity/disaster recovery plans.
- Manage and configure Workspace Reservation software including integrations with Teams and Outlook.
- Provide end-user training and technical support to maximize platform adoption.
- Oversee Copilot deployment, maintenance, and user support.
- Monitor and communicate Message Center updates to impacted stakeholders.
- Manage tenant security configurations, data retention policies, and Microsoft Purview governance tools.
- Lead a team of IT professionals, provide mentorship, and develop strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Own the tactical implementation of department-wide Microsoft 365 strategies.
- Collaborate with business and IT leadership to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
Job Skills Required
- Senior Level: 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
- Lead Level: 7+ years of experience in a similar role with team leadership or strategic planning responsibilities.
- Deep understanding of Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Exchange Online/On-Premises, Azure Information Protection, and encryption technologies.
- Experience managing service principals, identity federation, and business continuity planning.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
