Job Summary
We are looking for individuals to join our client’s team as Senior Marketing Specialist. This position will develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the purposes of patient acquisition and patient retention within company, its subsidiaries or joint ventures. With a heavy focus on evidence-based practices and ROI, the Specialist will direct paid and organic strategies for a variety of clinical services, practices, and/or programs in accordance with Company’s operating objectives.
Job Description
- Develops strategic data-driven growth and marketing plans that align with overall Company’s goals.
- Advises clinical and operational leaders on marketing strategy and opportunities for external awareness and patient growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the department and throughout company, securing appropriate input, reviews, and approvals to ensure that the plan is executed to meet marketing needs, overall system goals and corporate brand.
- Oversee external advertising campaigns and coordinates efforts with relevant partners to establish and maintain consistency between media or delegates appropriate projects to Marketing Coordinators.
- Develop strategy to engage with referring providers and other external stakeholders to grow business.
- Identifies needs within the network of employed, affiliated, and unaffiliated providers that can be addressed through marketing efforts.
- Develops and maintains a detailed assessment of the competitive landscape for Company’s primary and secondary service areas.
- Creates a strategic plan for periodic market research assessments to fully understand patient demographics and provider/referral pipeline.
- Initiates, plans, organizes, and manages a variety of projects within the scope of responsibility to meet the needs of internal clients and to coordinate with company’s overall marketing strategy.
- Manages marketing meetings with appropriate leaders and provides regular progress reports.
- Develop comprehensive annual budget for clients by partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
- Follows procedures regarding saving and archiving work to create accurate, useful records for entire department.
- Provides superior client support for internal stakeholders.
- Oversee development of advertising creative and campaign strategy with internal and external partners.
- Make recommendations on ways to improve patient acquisition, brand identity and messaging.
- Develops process of creating and delivering KPI reports on all campaigns and marketing efforts, in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Performs assigned work safely, adhering to established departmental safety rules and practices. Reports to supervisor, in a timely manner, any unsafe activities, conditions, hazards, or safety violations that may cause injury to oneself, other employees, patients and visitors.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Skills Required
- Ten years or more of marketing experience, with a demonstrated ability to think critically and successfully develop multi-faceted marketing plans using internal and external resources such as advertising agencies, writers and designers, printers, photographers.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Understanding of digital marketing is preferred.
- Experience in sales pipeline management and/or business development preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- Confidently engage with senior management to collaborate on marketing plans and address concerns and questions.
- Passion for marketing and business development.
- Strategic thinking to balance client needs with candidate’s own expertise in marketing strategy, to translate that information into thorough marketing plans.

Education/Training/Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Degree in marketing preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Start Time: 8 am start (8-hour shift)
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Intermittent sitting, standing, and walking. Must be able to move to various sites within company and to other locations as needed.
- WORKING CONDITIONS: Hybrid. Currently it requires three days per month in-office. Other days as needed.
