Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Expeditor – Aftermarket to oversee spare parts orders from entry to final delivery. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely delivery to customers by coordinating logistics, resolving conflicts, and managing communication regarding order status. As a key point of contact, you will work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.

 

Job Description

  • Plan, track, and monitor all aftermarket spare parts orders from initiation to delivery.
  • Ensure all required processes (e.g., purchase orders, work orders, shipping documents, and export compliance) are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate order status, delivery timelines, and potential delays to customer-facing teams and directly to clients.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to support timely deliveries.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to part-related issues or customer complaints.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational goals.

 

Skills Required

  • Background in manufacturing preferred.
  • 2–4 years working in a manufacturing environment, ideally within production or a repair center.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact effectively across all levels.
  • Highly customer-oriented with a proven ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Organized, methodical, and quality-driven approach to work.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently with confidence.
  • Able to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.
  • Team player who listens, collaborates, and supports colleagues.
  • Committed to ethical conduct, compliance, and adherence to safety procedures.
  • Comfortable adapting to change and embracing new ideas or methods.
  • General technical knowledge relevant to spare parts and logistics processes.

 

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required

 

Pay Rate

  • $25 per hour
