Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support order management and customer interactions. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing orders, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Job Description
- Process and manage customer orders, including handling back orders and determining necessary substitutions
- Respond to customer complaints and coordinate resolutions with appropriate internal departments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and updates
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Utilize manufacturing system tools and guiding principles to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Navigate multiple systems to track and manage customer requests
Skills Required
- 1–3 years of customer service experience
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to confidently assess and manage high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work across multiple systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must reside within commuting distance of Florence, KY for hybrid work requirements
- Preferred: Mechanical aptitude and/or experience in a manufacturing environment
Education
- High school diploma
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Salary
- $44,000 - $55,000 per year (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
