Job Summary

The A Packaging Engineer is responsible for creating packaging that protects products during storage, transportation, and handling while also enhancing consumer appeal. They work closely with product development, manufacturing, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure packaging solutions are functional, sustainable, and aligned with company objectives. A Packaging Engineer plays a crucial role in the manufacturing industry, designing and creating effective packaging solutions for a variety of products, from food to electronics while ensuring safety, quality standards, and customer requirements are met

 

Job Description

  • Designing and creating effective packaging solutions for a variety of products, from food to electronics.
  • Working closely with different departments to ensure that the packaging is not only safe but also meets quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Conducting research on new packaging materials.
  • Designing prototypes and performing tests to determine the best packaging solution.
  • Ensuring packaging protects products during storage, transportation, and handling while enhancing consumer appeal.
  • Balancing cost with performance while developing packaging solutions.
