These sites support 24/7 production of highly specialized technology components used across multiple industries. The campuses include clean-room environments, engineering labs, and high-volume production lines that require a diverse, skilled workforce.

We are seeking Defect Classification Analyst to join our team. You are the first line of defense in our commitment to precision and quality. In the high-stakes environment of semiconductor manufacturing, your ability to identify and categorize microscopic anomalies is what ensures our products meet world-class standards. You won't just be spotting errors; you’ll be providing the data that drives our continuous improvement.

 

Job Description

  • Precision Classification: Accurately identify and name defects by cross-referencing visual data with our comprehensive Defect Catalog.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure all classifications are recorded timely and accurately to support downstream engineering decisions.
  • Informed Decision-Making: Use facts, production goals, and known constraints to make high-quality decisions under pressure.
  • Process Improvement: Apply "Breakthrough Thinking" to suggest fresh ideas and solutions for workplace challenges and workflow bottlenecks.

Education/Training/Certifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

 

Additional Requirements

  • Start Time: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

 

Pay rate

  • $22-26 per hour, based on experience, skills, and market factors
