Job Summary

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that IT systems, software, and application projects achieve their intended business outcomes. Working under general direction, this role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies that drive employee adoption and effective use of new tools, processes, and technologies on a global scale while minimizing resistance.

 

Job Description

  • Develop and execute organizational change management strategies that support project and initiative success.
  • Apply established change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) to guide project execution.
  • Conduct change impact analyses and identify key stakeholders across functions.
  • Integrate change management activities into overall project plans and timelines.
  • Coach and support leaders, managers, and project teams in fulfilling their roles during change initiatives.
  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of change management activities across teams.
  • Lead communication planning and execution to ensure clear, consistent messaging.
  • Support the development and delivery of training programs to enable adoption.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate resistance to change.
  • Establish and track change metrics to measure adoption, utilization, and effectiveness.
  • Promote employee engagement, adoption, and proficiency with new systems, processes, and organizational changes.
  • Ensure change initiatives are delivered on time and within scope by focusing on the people side of change.

 

Skills Required

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a global organization.
  • Proven experience delivering change management initiatives for IT systems or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering end-to-end OCM for global organizations.
  • Fluency in German or Spanish.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Prosci Change Management Certification.

Pay Rate

  • $65.50 - $74.80 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
