Job Summary

We are looking for an individual to join our client’s team as Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive-level administrative support or Chief of Staff roles, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage schedules, and ensure seamless execution of priorities.

 

Job Description

  • Handle on schedule, anticipate administrative needs (i.e. editing a deck)
  • Draft correspondence
  • Set up meetings and ensure she has what is needed for them
  • Ensure follow ups are complete

 

Skills Required

  • Experience at c-level/executive level in a Chief of Staff / EA role.
  • While hospital & clinical settings would be ideal, the right background in a different industry would be appropriate to consider.

 

Education/Training/Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

 

Additional requirements

  • The role is hybrid, with in-office work on Tuesdays and Fridays. The remaining days are remote, except when the client requires on-site presence
  • Shift Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

Pay Rate

  • $46–$54 per hour, based on experience, skills, and market factors
