Job Summary

The Media Prep team within the STL Transformation Production Team is seeking a highly motivated and fast-paced individual to support the pipeline by supplying sterile agar and liquid products to customers worldwide in a timely manner. The successful candidate will work with chemical components and various forms of equipment in a laboratory environment. A strong team-oriented mindset is essential to deliver high-quality products efficiently.

Job Description

• Prepare and supply sterile agar and liquid media products for global distribution.
• Work with chemical components and laboratory equipment to support production processes.
• Support production operations to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced production environment.

Skills Required

• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience working with databases.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Sterile technique experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.

Education/Training/Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Cellular Biology, or a related field.
• Experience working in a laboratory environment is highly desirable.

Additional Requirements

• Must pass a drug screening and criminal background checks
• Work Shift Start Time: 08:00 AM
• Must be willing to work up to a 40-hour work week.
• Shift times may vary at the manager’s discretion based on production needs.

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $27.21 to $35.21 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
