Job Summary

We are looking for individual to join our client’s team as a Call Center Representative. You will handle incoming and/or outgoing calls. The role focuses on providing excellent service by answering questions, resolving complaints, and delivering technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Job Description

  • Respond to inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
  • Deliver technical support and ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as necessary.
  • Utilize extensive phone and computer skills in daily operations.

 

Skills Required

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience, with bilingual proficiency (as required by the facility).
  • 1 year of Call Center and Payroll Timekeeping experience in a call center environment (required).
  • Experience in a hospital setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and professional interaction with customers.
  • Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities to analyze situations, identify issues, and provide effective solutions.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

 

Education/Training/Certifications

  • High School Diploma or General Education (GED).

 

Additional Requirements

  • Shift Time: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

 

 Pay Rate

  • $33.00 per hour
