LeverageTek is actively seeking a Dynamics 365/Power Platform Specialist for a 24-month term role with its Ottawa-based customer.

 

Work Location

The successful candidate will be required to work on-site 1x/week at the customer headquarters in Ottawa, ON.

 

Security Requirement

Must be eligible for a Government of Canada Enhanced Reliability Clearance.

 

Key Tasks

  • Provide technical leadership for the maintenance and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM software solution
  • Provide support in designing, maintaining and implementing changes in existing CRM implementations
  • Responsible to implement custom plug-ins and workflows; and use Microsoft .NET to extend the existing Dynamics Platform
  • Provide 3rd level support for CMR Users and liaise and educate other Information Services employees regarding this support

 

Key Qualifications

  • Significant experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Model Driven Apps and Canvas Apps, Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Strong customization and implementation experience supporting Dynamics 365 including Solution Implementation, Plugins, Workflows and Business Rules
  • Strong background and knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of applications including CI/CD on D365 (I.e.. Pipeline management and knowledge of how to setup CRM pipelines)

 

Qualifications

  • Experience with Security Governance and Security Models
  • College diploma or certificate in Software Development, Computer Programming or a related field
  • Experience in systems analysis and data administration
  • Experience in managing the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience in managing the implementation of software solution projects
  • Experience in applying policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Experience in troubleshooting web application issues including application, integration and data issues
  • Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership
