LeverageTek is actively seeking a Tier 3 Systems Analyst (Corporate IT Applications) for a permanent position with its Gatineau-based customer.

 

Work Location

The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at the customer headquarters in Gatineau, QC, on a hybrid basis.

 

Key Tasks

  • Respond to production incidents and support requests. Analyze and follow service calls through to resolution
  • Troubleshoot and resolve access and performance issues
  • Maintain, develop, and deploy Powerautomate code
  • Write complex SQL code to query data, fix bugs and implement enhancements
  • Design and deploy in production various data objects, including tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures (T-SQL and PL/SQL)
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Work within the support process standards (and improve when required)
  • Provide customer-facing support to stakeholders
  • Provide periodic on-call support (24/7)
  • Develop, maintain, and support cloud systems and applications functionalities, such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Generative AI, Microsoft Logic Apps, Data Factory, API Manager Azure Functions, DevOps, and Key Vault
  • Analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary
  • Testing of patches implemented against business applications
  • Ensure continued, uninterrupted service through identifying and resolving problems in a client/server environment
  • Responsible for software integration, external interface development and technical documentation
  • Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and peers
  • Collaborate with third parties and internal teams to configure and deploy new features and applications

 

Key Qualifications

  • Senior IT Application Support professional with experience in monitoring, configuring, documenting, troubleshooting, and maintaining corporate business applications at the Tier 3 support level
  • Deep understanding of all Microsoft 365 applications and experience working in an M365-focused environment
  • Foundational development experience with tools such as Microsoft Logic Apps and Microsoft Compliance Center, Data Factory, API Manager Azure Functions, DevOps and Key Vault, VB. NET, SQL Server, Oracle (this is required to work on complex tickets that require analysis of existing application code)

 

Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Knowledge of server and business applications configuration and implementation/migration
  • Good working knowledge of formal change management processes
  • Experience providing 2nd – 3rd level application support for requests, incidents, and problems in a Windows environment
  • Experience in root cause analysis and providing workarounds and solutions for custom-coded applications and commercial software
  • Experience in using software tools/utilities to manage support/service calls and problems.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in delivering application integration solutions and maintaining an integration platform and process in production and non-production environments

 

Assets

  • Moderate to expert knowledge of PowerShell
  • Knowledge of server and desktop processing/operating systems (Microsoft)
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework
  • Knowledge of compliance management (e.g., SOX)
