Position Overview

The Records / Administrative Logistics Support will support processing, physical distribution, and logistics services in support of the Texas Army National Guard.
 

Essential Job Function

  • Receive and verify incoming shipments and notify CIF PBO of any discrepancies.
  • Verify the contents of all incoming shipments against the shipping manifest/documentation upon arrival and notify the CIF PBO and the COR of any discrepancies (overages, shortages, damages, or misidentified items) via written notification no later than 24 hours (one business day) after the shipment is received.
  • Manage and reconcile all Unit and Individual pending transactions in the Government-designated LIS (GCSS-Army).
  • Monitor the "Pending Transaction" queue daily to ensure all issues, turn-ins, and lateral transfers are finalized.
  • Ensure all required digital or physical signatures (DA Form 3161 or 2062) are obtained and uploaded before clearing the pending status.
  • Process new records in ARIMS.

 

Minimum Qualifications
  • 3-5 years experience
  • Accuracy, records management, and Army forms/process knowledge; cannot perform inherently governmental FLIPL determinations
  • Tier 1 Investigation
  • CAC card or ability to obtain one
  • Forklift license if/when operating forklift
