Position Overview | |||
The Force Development Senior Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA) provides Army G-8 leadership with advanced analytical expertise to optimize force development, resourcing, and modernization strategies. This position applies operations research, statistical modeling, and predictive analysis to Army requirements and acquisition processes, delivering practical solutions to complex problems. Responsibilities include developing optimization models, conducting readiness and resourcing assessments, and leveraging tools such as R, SAS, Qlik, and Tableau to visualize results and inform senior leader decisions. By integrating analytical rigor with Army modernization priorities, the ORSA strengthens strategic planning, resource allocation, and overall operational effectiveness. | |||
