Mobile Electrician (Dublin) with van

Pay: €54,000 neg. per year plus van, pension, healthcare

Reporting to Facilities Manager

Key Accountabilities:

• To carry out reactive and preventative maintenance in Dublin / Leinster area.
• To ensure correct and effective system operation of electrical and control systems on the client sites.
• To liaise and communicate as needed with end users/customers.
• To specify and order supplies or materials as needed.
• Complete all site lighting repairs and replacements.
• To monitor and respond to BMS alarms.
• Ensure all health, safety and environmental requirements are fulfilled prior to work commencement.
• To complete small projects.
• Ensure documentation of work activities.
• To update and utilise site CMMS systems for recording of work activities.
• Assist in keeping buildings and work areas or storage areas clean and tidy.
• Assist with the direct supervision of vendors/contractors on site to ensure a comprehensive Contractor Management System.
• To be flexible and adaptable to new working methods, practises, plant, equipment or procedures.
• To maintain electrical and control systems, plant and work equipment in good order.
• The post holder will follow safe systems of work, taking reasonable care of their own health and safety, and that of others.
• Ensure Customer Service standards are world class.
• Candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a growing team. They must be capable and willing to undertake additional technical service duties as the need/demand requires.
• To adopt a professional attitude and approach to work.
• The role requires an individual with a customer-focused proactive attitude and technical strengths, combined with an ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
