Dublin Main Contractor

€90 - €100k plus transport, pension.

The work is all in the Dublin region.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all phases of the MEP services project delivery cycle, including:
  • Pre-construction and planning
  • Testing and commissioning
  • Coordinate design team information and details in line with project delivery timelines
  • Ensure implementation of MEP deliverables on the project
  • Ensure all MEP works are carried out to the highest safety standards
  • Inspect all installation works against the approved quality plan
  • Monitor programmes and review installation progress of MEP services
  • Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the wider project team

Requirements

  • Relevant third-level degree
  • 6+ years’ experience, preferably with a main contractor
  • Previous project experience on construction and/or civil engineering projects preferred (e.g. residential, pharmaceutical, data centres)
  • Chartered or working towards chartership
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
