  • Acquire and onboard new client accounts

  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal project management/scientific teams

  • Help shape and execute market segment strategies aligned with divisional growth

  • Partner with clients to develop strategies that enhance business processes

  • Proven success in complex sales cycles within a technical/regulated environment

  • High credibility with senior-level contacts in pharma R&D and sourcing

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset

  • Comfortable working independently from a home office

  • Experience working across multi-functional and multi-cultural teams

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience

  • Bonus program based on individual and divisional performance

  • Company car or car allowance

  • Excellent benefits package

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success in a competitive environment, particularly with pharma companies focused on NCE development. You should be comfortable with both strategic planning and tactical execution—able to hunt for new business while also nurturing and growing key accounts. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, science-driven, and high-performance environment.
