We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. The Lead Generation Specialist is an entry level position and will be responsible for assisting in the development of the lead generation program and nurturing outbound / inbound sales lead campaigns for QAT Global services (enterprise custom software development, nearshoring, IT staffing, and WordPress solutions). This includes prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support their Sales Executive counterparts. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources, including cold calling, email blasts, inbound marketing leads, working prospect lists, discovery, and individual research (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.). This position will utilize an integrated strategy that may include, but is not limited to, marketing automation, inbound/outbound telemarketing, working lead lists, networking, and grassroots marketing.

This position will play a crucial role in creating, implementing, and reinforcing best practices and procedures to make lead generation discipline and the marketing and sales teams successful. It is also vital that we have the necessary tools and clean CRM data to succeed in our lead generation efforts. Our marketing department assists with producing this information to help with the selling efforts. As part of the Lead Generation role, the individual will be an active participant in developing new data and cleansing existing CRM data to assist with the prospecting efforts. This position will also assist in the development of presentations and proposals for the Sales team. This entry level position has a strong career path and growth potential for the right person.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Prospect and create leads to identify appropriate clients within the target market via telephone and mass communication such as email
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
  • Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how QAT Global’s solutions will speak to those needs
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Initiates and participates in new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts and own follow-through with the lead prospect
  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
  • Effectively communicate and present the solution and value proposition to customers
  • Appointment generation for Sales Managers and Executive team
  • Work with the marketing and sales teams to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM (HubSpot)
  • Work with Sales and Executive Management in preparing proposals and contracts
  • Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials (both on and offline)
  • Assist with strategy, creation, and implementation of current/future marketing campaigns
  • Assist in the distribution and/or delivery of marketing materials
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards
  • Enter contact information into contact management systems (when necessary)

Candidate Requirements

We love our marketing and sales team and appreciate the value they bring to the table. We look for sales professionals with prior experience and a proven track record.

Specific requirements include:

  • HS diploma, Associates Degree, or higher (or equivalent) preferred
  • Two+ years telemarketing/phone sales experience (ideally prospecting/lead generation role)
  • Experience using CRM/sales software preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Information Technology services industry is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline, proficiency in EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and ZoomInfo a plus
