Position Profile
 
The contents of this role profile outline the role and responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist II and should be reviewed in conjunction with the Delegation of Authority, Organization Design Principles, RACI, Virtuoso Framework and Leadership attributes.
 
Position objective:
To manage full-cycle recruitment for a defined portfolio of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality talent solutions. This role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring inclusive hiring practices. The Specialist 2 also contributes to process improvements and may mentor junior team members.

Key responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to proactively identify current and future staffing needs.
  • Independently source candidates through ATS, LinkedIn, networking, and niche job boards.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and marketing to refine and tailor job descriptions for target audiences.
  • Evaluate resumes, portfolios, and references to build strong candidate pipelines for assigned business units.
  • Maintain and organize recruitment documentation for transparency and compliance.
  • Conduct cold and warm outreach to passive candidates for hard-to-fill or high-impact roles.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to sourcing strategies and candidate experience.

Education and qualification
Essential:
Bachelor’s Degree
Work experience and attributes:
Work Experience:
  • 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Proven success sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, networking, and job boards.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and writing job descriptions.
Attributes:
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities independently.
  • Analytical mindset for evaluating resumes and improving sourcing strategies.
  • Proactive and resourceful in identifying top talent.
