Job Title: Quarterly Business Review (QBR) Support Specialist

Job Summary:
Guidant/Impellam have a structured approach to QBRs, including templates and guidelines for effective QBR execution. The QBR Support Specialist is responsible for:
- Crafting a clear and concise presentation in the appropriate branding (Impellam/Guidant vs. client) that highlights key achievements, areas of concern, and proposed strategic action plans tailored to the specific client
- Coordinating and leading the QBR process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals (i.e., attending strategy calls, hosting draft review calls, preparing timelines, ensuring stakeholder accountability, conducting quality review checks, etc.)
- Closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insightful analysis, support strategic objectives, and enhance organizational performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Framework Implementation: Facilitate the adoption and effective implementation of the QBR framework within the organization. Provide ongoing coaching and support to various teams in setting and achieving key objectives.
- QBR Process Coordination: Coordinate and lead the QBR process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while remaining on brand with our deliverables. Regularly monitor and report on the progress of KPIs and timelines, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Strategic Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and opportunities in strategy execution. Support the formulation and refinement of strategic objectives and goals aligned with the company’s vision and mission. Develop and maintain effective communication channels to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process, driving to timelines. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Process Improvement and Change Management: Identify areas for process improvement and recommend best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement changes to enhance organizational performance. Assist in change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of strategic plans. Facilitate regular meetings to drive strategic discussions and decisions.
Required Skills:
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. This includes being able to handle internal customer inquiries and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various software and tools used in business analysis and reporting is important. This includes proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
