Key responsibilities: |
Solution Design & Technical Advisory - Act as a subject matter expert on MSP, services procurement, and human capital consulting solutions.
- Translate complex client business challenges into tailored, scalable workforce solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and thought leadership during sales cycles, ensuring solution feasibility and alignment with client objectives.
- Pilot and integrate digital labor solutions, applying human-centric design principles to enhance solution frameworks and client experience.
Sales Engineering & Client Engagement - Partner with sales teams to architect solutions that meet client requirements and strategic goals.
- Deliver compelling presentations and workshops to C-suite executives of Fortune 500 organizations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, demonstrating executive presence and advanced communication skills throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, influencing decision-making through strategic insights and consultative engagement.
Proposal Management & Pursuit Leadership - Oversee the proposal team, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and persuasive RFI/RFP responses for all business unit solutions, including MSP, Service Procurement, SOW, Direct Sourcing, and Consulting and Advisory.
- Manage end-to-end proposal development, including timelines, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
- Facilitate creative collaboration between sales, marketing, and solution teams to produce winning proposals.
Bridge Between Sales, Solution Design & Delivery - Act as the liaison between sales acquisition, solution design, and implementation teams to ensure seamless handoff and execution.
- Support client onboarding and kick-off activities, aligning expectations and success metrics.
- Monitor early implementation phases to confirm solution integrity and client satisfaction.
Process Facilitation, Coaching & Team Development - Guide internal teams through structured sales pursuit processes, including workshops and design sessions.
- Coach proposal and creative teams on best practices for storytelling, compliance, and client-centric messaging.
Innovation & Digital Enablement • Pilot and integrate digital labor solutions into workforce strategies. • Apply human-centric design principles to enhance solution frameworks and client experience. |

Work experience and attributes: |
Essential: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in solution design, sales engineering, or enterprise workforce solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering complex solutions to enterprise clients.
- Deep expertise in MSP, services procurement, and human capital consulting.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills.
