A Program Auditor will be responsible for managing a portfolio of audits, focusing on the suppliers within the managed services (MSP) sector of the business with an end goal of mitigating risks for Impellam and end client, while identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for collaboration between the program team and suppliers. Audit criteria will encompass both compliance and financial aspects and influenced by/drawn from terms agreed upon within Master Services Agreements (MSA’s), Supplier Management Services Agreements (SMSA’s) and onboarding checklists. |

Key responsibilities: |
- Manage and conduct annual, bi-annual, quarterly, and/or monthly audits.
- Provide ad-hoc audit support when applicable.
- Read, analyze, and interpret internal and client documents and data for completeness and accuracy.
- Gather contract requirements and data in preparation for program audits.
- Audit supplier partners according to client specific contractual requirements.
- Develop and create audit requests and presentations.
- Construct and report audit findings (including and not limited to violations, trends, etc.) to the program mgmt.
- Clearly communicate audit violations to suppliers
- Collaborate with suppliers and Program Management Teams to remediate non-compliant items found in audit report.
- Consult with corporate functions including (and not limited to) Program Management, Reporting, Legal, and SRM on audit related items.
- Keep abreast of legislation and compliance requirements, help to increase knowledge of legislation and drive compliance best practice throughout the business.
- Supports the business with the resolution of compliance issues and contractual queries.
- Investigate and escalate critical non-compliance items to Audit Manager and Program Team where applicable

Preferred Education/Experience Qualifications: |
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration in related field.
- 2+ years of equivalent auditing experience and/or preparing analysis and reports.
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or compliance

Required:
- Intermediate experience with MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
- Ability to numerate and articulate
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
- Strong relationship management skills, inclusive of the ability to communicate with various levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to pivot and adapt based on changing priorities within the business and/or project demands within the team
- Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and consistent concentration in routine tasks.
- Possess and demonstrate strong analytical skills; ability to interpret complex data to identify key insights.
