Product Information Coordinator

Helmet House is the leading U.S. distributor of helmets and apparel in the Motorcycle and Powersports industry. We are in search of a Product Information Coordinator to join our Merchandising Team.

The Tourmaster, Cortech, and NORU motorcycle apparel brands are manufactured and marketed directly by Helmet House. PURPOSE OF THE JOB 

The Product Information Coordinator is an entry-level position primarily responsible for entry, maintenance and integrity of item data in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.  When entering item data into the system, the Product Information Coordinator is responsible for reviewing accuracy of item information required to update existing item records and to create new products.  

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Review files for completeness and accuracy.
• Creates item skus
• Enters product and SKU data through a manual upload in the system.
• Identifies and corrects discrepancies occurring during the entry process. 
• Identifies and corrects discrepancies in the system caused by incorrect or incomplete data. 
• Maintain system integrity
• Manages and executers Sku revisions
• Responds to all PIM-related inter-departmental correspondence with a sense of urgency. 
• Additional responsibilities as support for the Planning department.

Requirements

• Someone who is detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate/expert Excel skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Salary Range:

• 60k to 72k depending on skills and experience
