- Executive Vision Execution: As the Cultural Strategy Implementer, you will be instrumental in transforming the executive team's vision into practical, impactful strategies and actions within the organization.
- Strategic Liaison: Act as the pivotal bridge between the ELT's directives and their operationalization, ensuring seamless integration into the company's fabric.
- Engagement Champion: Propel the initiatives set forth by the executive leadership, ensuring they resonate and are effectively implemented across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on executing culture and engagement strategies
- Certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is desirable
- Proven track record in aligning HR initiatives with executive leadership's vision
- Proven DE&I experience
