We are looking, on behalf of one of our clients in the industrial chemistry sector, for a Production Operator for a 1-year temporary mission based in the Basel area.

Your responsibilities :

• Independently execute technical, physical and chemical processes (start-up, shutdown, cleaning, transfers, routine analyses).

• Take samples (liquids, solids, gases) and perform standard analyses (LC, GC, titration, pH).

• Identify deviations, anticipate technical issues and propose appropriate solutions.

• Collaborate closely with maintenance teams and support your colleagues in their activities.

• Ensure full compliance with HSEQ standards (hygiene, safety, environment, quality) and actively promote a strong safety culture.

• Contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Your profile : 

• Diploma or vocational training as a chemical / pharmaceutical technologist or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of proven experience in production on a chemical or process industry site.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and HSE standards.

• Ability to work independently, accurately and in a structured manner.

• Fluent  German (C1 Minimum) required ; English or French are an asset.

• 5x8 shift - starting date ASAP
